TAKING THE GENDER OUT OF BUSINESS
PRESENTATION
The world of business is no longer a man's world. Women and men work
side by side and women-owned businesses keep growing at a fast pace. Yet
men and women often face different issues on the road to business success.
The intelligence and value that individuals bring to the business world
should not be curtailed by gender. Until women and men understand each
other bettertheir ways of speaking and listening, their limiting
beliefs about each other, and the ineffective agreements and actions that
grow out of those beliefsthere will always be a ceiling on individual
and business achievements for both genders.
When we recognize and appreciate the issues related to gender and are
prepared to take action, we ensure the full participation of women and
men in producing the results we want.
